JFS February Food Drive for Heart Healthy Month
Congregation Ohev Sholom in partnership with Jewish Family Services and the Rabbinical Association has teamed up to help meet the ever-growing need for food assistance in Kansas City.
Our congregation has been asked to collect food donations prior to and during the month of February for Heart Healthy Month.
Specific items needed include:
- Pasta Sauce
- Canned /Dried Beans
- Clorox Wipes
These items will be stocked in the JFS Food pantry and will provide food for more than 200 households in our community.
Please drop off your food donations in the collection barrels in our building through the month of February. If you have any questions, please contact the Ohev Sholom office online or at 913-642-6460.
