Jewish Family Services and NAMI will present Family-to-Family, a free 12-week course for family and friends of individuals with mental illness.
The course begins Monday January 9, 2017, for 12 consecutive Mondays from 6:15-8:45 p.m. at the Jewish Community Campus in Conference Room C.
The Family-to-Family course provides participants with communication and problem-solving techniques, coping mechanisms and the self-care skills needed to deal with their loved one’s mental illness as well as its impact on the family.
